I just got Rock Band and it’s really fun to play, especially with a group of friends or online. I originally was hooked in Guitar Hero, however my new calling seems to be the drums! They’re definitely my favorite instrument to play over singing or the guitar. One thing I didn’t like about the drums was that I had to crank up the volume to offset the loud tapping noise they make. Luckily my buddy Devin told me about making some drum pads to dampen the sound, so we bought the equipment for around $30 and cut out some nice, colorful foam and felt pads that work really well! I can still whale on the drums and they’re not as loud so I don’t have to bother the neighbors with cranking up the volume.
