Sitecore has a very active forum available for free (with registration) via http://sdn.sitecore.net/forum.aspx. We have over 1500 active members and questions are often answered within an hour or two.

We also have a very extensive documentation site available for developers who work for our partners. If you need access to this, please contact the closest sales office (find the right one via http://www.sitecore.net).

Sitecore has a developer network for the sole purpose of easy access to information and help, also sitecore has a dedicated support team always there to answer questions.

The Sitecore forum is a very active forum with around 6500 posts and new 1550 members in just 12 months (before it took over from Yahoo forum). It’s open for all, – but you need to auto-register:
