Lost 4 Letter Pattern

Lost is the type of show that makes me “think” throughout the entire show and hours after it. I was quite happy and intrigued by the Lost season finale. I was shocked to find out the side story about Jack was about the future after the get off the island! Anyways, here’s my silly 4 letter theory. The name of the show has only 4 characters. Many of the characters only have 4 letters in their first or last name: Jack, Kate, Pace (Charlie), John, Ford (Sawyer), Hugo, Mike (short for Michael), Walt, Hume (Desmond), Kwon (Jin & Sun), Alex, Rose, Karl, Dick (Richard), Yemi, Noor and Arzt (Leslie).
That’s a long list of first or last names that are only 4 letters, which to me makes this more of a clue than a coincidence. So i’m trying to think of similarities with the number “4″ like in the Numbers episode, “4″ was the first number and a multiple of some numbers in the “4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42″ group. Please feel free to share any clues or related theories regarding this.

hahaha… I think everything in that show was done on purpose and specifically to make you think… However, I’m not totally convinced of this theory.
You should check out thefuselage.com for more theories… There are some good ones, and some bad. Either way its fun to think about!!

Hey Shannon, it’s gotta be a clue! I mean there are quite a few names (including the shows name) that consist of only 4 letters. Maybe more 4 letter characters will appear in next season like: Fran, Evan or Pong

So what is the theory? All you mentioned was that the title and some of the character names have 4 letters. That is not a theory, it is a mere observation. Call me when you get a clue ayso.
